I am the broker and owner of Down Home Realty. I am an East Tennessee native and spent my entire life in Polk County. I began my career as a construction loan officer at a local bank and helped clients build their dream home for 16 years. Later, I started a career in real estate where I continue helping clients with buying and selling their homes. I have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the real estate market in this area. Carol Kamm – Broker
Licensed in North Carolina and Tennessee. Designations include CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), a distinction only the top 3% of Realtors nationwide earn. The training available to CRS Designees includes a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business. Carol earned her MBA from Lee University in 2017. Licensed in both North Carolina and Tennessee.
